Privacy Policy
Last updated · 16 May 2026Yildirim Yazganarikan (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates voxitect.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep it brief because the Service itself is simple — a browser-based design tool that runs locally on your device.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. The Service does not require an account. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit voxitect.com, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard web server logs — IP address, browser type and version, referring page, pages requested, and timestamps. These are used to operate the site, prevent abuse, and analyse aggregate traffic.
Information stored on your device. Your designs, settings, and preferences are saved in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device unless you choose to export or share them.
2. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To respond to your messages.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show third-party advertising on the Service.
3. Third-party services
Hosting. The Service is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes the request logs described above on our behalf.
Webfonts. The Service loads webfonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address when fonts are loaded.
These third parties have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
4. Cookies and local storage
We do not set marketing or tracking cookies. The Service uses your browser’s local storage to save your designs and preferences. You can clear local storage at any time from your browser settings.
5. Your rights
Everyone. You can email us to ask what information we hold about you, request a copy, or request deletion. Because most data is processed transiently by our host and stored on your own device, requests typically resolve quickly.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Canadian residents (PIPEDA). You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw consent.
EU / UK / EEA visitors. To the extent the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal basis for processing the limited data described above is our legitimate interest in operating a free, browser-based tool.
6. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in regions where that is the threshold). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please email us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for a reasonable period before taking effect.
